Delivery across Saudi Arabia

Orders are usually processed within one business day and delivered in 1–3 business days in major cities. Remote-area delivery may take 3–6 business days. Delivery is free on orders of SAR 250 or more; a SAR 25 fee applies below that threshold.

Returns

Eligible, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements, chilled products and clearance items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect order

Report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our care team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
